Who we are

This website is run by the business whose name and address appear at the bottom of every page. This page explains what happens to the details you send us.

What we collect

Only what you type into the forms on this website: your name and phone number, plus your email address, the date, time and size of your booking, and any message you add. We also note which page you sent the form from.

Why we use it

To answer your booking or question, and to let you know about anything that changes it. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them.

How long we keep it

We delete bookings and enquiries once they have been dealt with and we no longer need them.

Who else sees it

The suppliers who run this website and our phone services process these details for us, on our instructions only.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them. Get in touch using the details on the contact page.
